About the plans
What counts as a mark under management?
Every mark in your register counts, whether you imported it by serial or added it before filing. Dead marks count too while they're in the register. Archive them and they stop counting.
Are USPTO fees included?
No, and they never go through us. The docket shows USPTO fee floors so you can plan, marked verify at filing. You or your lawyer pay the USPTO directly.
What happens at the plan limit?
We stop the new import and tell you why. Nothing else changes. Your records, deadlines, and reminders keep running. Upgrade when you're ready.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings, any time. Your organization stays readable for 14 days and can be restored. After that it's deleted. Owners can export everything as a zip before or after.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Plans are month to month, billed through Stripe.
When is Agency available?
